![]() I am planning to have a two player version (Gauntlet!). And the circuit should be more permanent and not that place consuming. The next version should have a more sturdy enclosure. The plastic box works but is way too wobbly. At the moment I am using the “Game Pad” device class. This descriptor is used to tell the PC, what kind of device is attached to the USB port and what kind of data it sends. The biggest problem was to find a matching USB HID report descriptor. The second was made to play emulated SNES games with a SNES pad. The first one is used to build a simple keyboard. Two projects, that I played with are the HIDKeys example and the SNES-Joypad. Everything is straight, bars, levers, pegs. I would not call it mint, but I would call it a very clean rider. The plastic is in great shape but has normal scuffing from age. I think its all original, right down to grips, but I am not an expert on the MR 50's. Tank and seat are in great shape for the bikes age. I have had it for about 2 years and it runs well. I bought it to ride back and fourth to my mailbox. I dont know a ton about the MR50, but I was told this was all original. NOT as fond of the newer stuff with the cladding. stains from the BBQ come out with a light pressure wash and sometimes I have to go over the stains themselves 2 or 3 times, but chicken, steak, pork, whatever BBQ sauce we are using at the moment, comes OUT. we pressure wash it every few years or so, or whenever the wife threatens me, whichever is later. we know a couple who had a cedar deck for thirty years 15 miles from us, and it all had to be replaced 4 years ago. ALL the cedar trim is rotting, moss ridden, cracked and now must be replaced. the trim we did in the best cedar we could get, clear, tight grain, red cedar. ![]() We have three decks, using the 2 x 6 nominal installed on the West, and South sides of our Oregon house. Regarding your boards laying flat, Trex is a composite board made up of recycled wood and plastic so like all composites the Trex boards naturally expand and contract which means slight curvature and bowing is a typical characteristic with these materials up to an extent. If this is being done ensure that the drill is perpendicular to the fastener with a lot of pressure behind it as the wood framing can make some areas more difficult than others. Regarding your stripping screw concerns please ensure you are using an 18V power drill as many customers have difficulties with impact drivers due to not being able to adjust the torque.
